Summerhouses

With very good cooperation with customer from Karlshamn we did delivery of PILOT project for local camping. Delivery included - architectural, structural drawings, production, delivery and assembling of modular houses units.

Fully finished summerhouse for customer in Gotland.

High quality 70 m2 summerhouse + 20 m2 wind protected terrace fully finished in factory. House made in two separate modules and after delivery assembled together.  Afterwards we built 100 m2 big outside terrace around the house.

In the start architects came to us with idea and then we just adapt drawings to made it in modular house option.  All inside and outside house materials is used after customer’s description and wishes.  Its took 14 weeks from agreement day to build, deliver, assemble and do other extra works on spot.

Another customer in Gotland ordered 60m2 summerhouse with two bedrooms, living room together with kitchen and nicely bathroom. House made in light colors and very exclusive white oak floor produced by Karelia floors.

Client got ready house after 3 working days including 100m2 terrace around the house and 3m overhang roof in front. All outside communications  (water, electricity and sewage waters) done by local company.
